Hormone management in patients can sometimes feel like herding cats. Symptoms related to estrogen, androgens and cortisol in both men and women often require more than just including DIM or ashwagandha into the treatment plan. This webinar will cover key clinical pearls on how to best manage the 3 phases of estrogen detoxification along with tips on addressing 5a-reductase when it is elevated resulting in acne, hair loss and mood swings. Lastly, key points on the circadian rhythm will include the importance of addressing the cortisol awakening response to improve resiliency and adaptability for better health outcomes.

- Discuss the snps involved in estrogen detoxification along with clinical pearls on optimizing each phase.
